Terms Sana

These terms form an agreement between you and Sana for using learning services as a student or parent. You must have legal capacity under applicable laws. Continued use of the platform after any update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The platform provides students and parents with: recorded courses and learning paths when available, live one-to-one or group lessons, subscription packages, progress tracking, and verifiable digital completion certificates — which are not official accreditation from an external body unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and the confidentiality of login credentials. A parent account is separate from a student account. Sharing your account with others is prohibited. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account for violations of these terms.

Free and paid programs may be available (courses, lesson packages, or subscriptions). Prices and payment channels are shown at checkout. Access is activated after payment confirmation. Cancellation and refund details are in the “Refunds” tab and on the refund policy page.

Platform content is protected by intellectual property rights. Personal use is allowed only within the scope of your subscription. Unauthorized copying, misuse of the platform, harassment, impersonation, or any conduct that harms others is prohibited.

Teachers join via the “Join as a teacher” page and administrative review of the application. Acceptance is not automatic. We may refuse or suspend an account for policy violations or inaccurate information.

Teaching is delivered only through the platform's official channels. Contacting students or parents outside approved channels without written approval from administration is prohibited — per the “Teacher joining policy”.

Teaching materials and data are protected. Teachers must keep student data confidential and must not reuse platform content outside the scope of the contract. Details are in the teacher joining policy.

Contract and payment details are coordinated with administration upon acceptance. For financial or legal questions, contact us through official support channels and mention “Teacher support”.

Students should join a few minutes before the lesson to confirm connectivity. Attendance is recorded via the platform. Absence without prior notice may count under the package or program policy.

Please cancel or request rescheduling with enough notice before the appointment — per the timeframe in the package description or at booking. Very late cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled under the program policy.

If a teacher is absent or there is a technical interruption on the platform's side, we will reschedule or compensate for the lesson per the agreement. Notify support immediately with the booking number.

The parent is responsible for tracking the child's schedule and ensuring the device and connection are ready. For live lessons, appropriate supervision based on the student's age is preferred.

A refund or cancellation may apply depending on the program type (course, lesson package, subscription) and the time since purchase. Conditions are shown at purchase and detailed on the refund policy page.

Submit a refund request via “Contact us” with the order or booking number and the reason. We review the request and respond within a reasonable business timeframe.

Completed lessons, fully activated content, or customized programs may be subject to exceptions. This is clarified in the program description or at order confirmation.

Once approved, amounts are returned via the same payment channel or an agreed alternative within the timeframe set in the refund policy — typically within a specified number of business days.
